During the holiday closure, you will still be able to obtain many solutions to your support needs simply by referring to our available online Support Page. It
provides useful links & information to our Support Articles, Updates (Macros & more), Email Support, & most importantly, our Online Support Forum

Contacting Support
Remember, when you are emailing questions to our Support Team, we ask that you include the following information in your email:
- Contact/Registration Info (including serial numbers if available)
- Description of Problem (include screen shots to aid in your explanation if you like)
- A copy of your Meconfig.db & Wcmdmap.db files
Purchasing
Purchasing through our online ordering page will be available through our holiday closure. All shipped orders of Multi-Edit 2008 will receive an immediate download
for use of the product, & the shipped media will hold for processing on Jan 5th 2009. We prefer that during this time, shipped orders, especially those needing Multi-User (Network) Licenses,
be made through one of our preferred resellers such as Programmer's Paradise or Provantage. A list of all our resellers can be found on the following page:
